| TEMP-TO-PERM CONVERSION
Should you wish to permanently employ a Fetch placement, a sliding-scale conversion fee applies based on the length of assignment completed prior to conversion.

| HOURS & OVERTIME
Ordinary Hours:Applies to the first 8 hours worked per day, Monday to Friday, between 6:00am and 6:00pm.
Time & Half:Applies to the first 2 hours after ordinary time Monday to Friday, and the first 2 hours on Saturday.
Double Time:Applies after time and half on weekdays and Saturday, and for all hours worked on Sunday.
Weekly Overtime:Hours worked in excess of 38 ordinary hours per week are also paid at the applicable overtime rates.
